Program Design: I will design a specific fitness plan to meet your goals in the fastest most efficient way possible. By using different phases of training, cardio, and nutritional advice, we can get you to your goals in a fun, easy way that you can maintain the rest of your life. We will incorporate myofascial release, stretching, yoga, and resistance training to design the best plan of action for your goals.
Myofascial Release: By performing myofascial release, I can bring your muscles back to the optimal length. This takes stress off the joints and allows the muscles to contract and lengthen properly. It can greatly reduce the chance of injury and relieve many pains due to muscular imbalances in the body.
Accountability: I will personally hold you accountable in doing your best to become the healthiest person you can be. You have someone to meet, ask questions, and hold you accountable for not only what you do in the gym, but out of the gym as well.
